President Obama turned a campaign event in Fort Myers, Fla., into a moment of silence, calling on participants to pray for the victims of a Colorado shooting.
“This morning, we woke up to news of a tragedy that reminds us of all the ways we are united as one American family,” Obama said of the mass shooting during a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises,” the latest Batman movie, at a theater complex in Aurora, Colo. Twelve people died and dozens more were injured.
If anything, an incident such as the one in Aurora shows that “life is very fragile,” Obama said. “Our time here is limited and is precious. What matters at the end of the day is not the small things, not the trivial things … [but] how we chose to treat one another and how we love one another.”

Actions like these should be cancelled by the prayers of the intercessors.God help us to discern these actions and may we be able to pray in earnest and remove from the minds of possible planners of these actions, the stronghold of thinking that killing innocent people is the solution.
Condolence to family members
President Obama is right . Every day is precious . Our time is limited . I can’t imagine what it feels like to have a gun pointed at me
I can’t imagine what it’s like to run for my life in a hail of gunfire. What an awful feeling it must have been to see that gun pointed in your direction. I pray for all involved. The survivors will need our prayers the most .
prayers of comfort to those who are mourning for their love ones..
