God is all you need. Mighty deep theology there. What is the emphasis? Two points. GOD and YOU and in SELF. I would rather put my wife before self. God gave you your marriage, and as long as you’re thankful for that, no problem. The husband has the greater submission because loving as Christ loved the church means going the distance for them. I do that and do it joyfully. I would rather be with her 24-7. Most of those above apply and I make no apology. I see Jesus in her face. I don’t know that that is worship, but it feels pretty dang good and makes my life complete. And I know who gave it and am thankful. Thankful hearts go a long way in this life. And as they say, the wife who submits to her husband who loves as Christ loves doesn’t have much problem doing that when he puts her in that spot.
