“I had fainted unless I believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living” reminds me of the reason why I [should] never give up, because he will show me favour in this life.

By the end of reading this chapter, it encourages me to “wait on the Lord and He will strengthen my heart.” It encourages me to trust Him when nothing else makes sense. It makes me feel loved, protected and understood
