I thought I knew a lot about PPD during my pregnancy and after, but I knew very little about intrusive thoughts. They left me petrified and certain I was going insane. But like you, I had a number of tools to help me through it. I appreciate you listing them here and hope other mothers find them helpful. As for music, I ditched lullabies at one point and just began nursing while listening to Zumba music. It was really uplifting! Thanks for your advice!
