Perhaps the question is, what is the felony? We all have a past. If we have overcome that past, then our fruit will show this.
Moving is an option, but you have a duty to your blood to take care of her wellbeing. Love is putting a weaker person above oneself. You also have a duty to take care of you. Safety first before you think about marriage.

I will be praying for you and you must continue to pray about the issue. I know you have been wanting this for a long time. However, there are some signs that later down the road things might not turn out good. I believe the smallest problem are the one that should be looked at and solved. If your and mind are not settled, you should reconsider. There are time only you and God can make a decision. Good luck and hope all will work out well dear.
