I think the fact that you can’t just say Black Lives Matter and leave it at that is argumentative in itself. Whether you’re a Christian or not. Maybe a better way you should look at it is…. Black Lives Matter (too). We Matter too. That’s all we’re saying.

Your first sentence implies that I said something anti-christian. It is a argumentative start. I won’t engage. I am a christian. My first sentence agreed that it is true that Black lives matter. We should not murder eachother. No one has to tell me that to murder someone who is black is just as wrong as to murder someone who is white. I see the futility of this conversation. Peace.

I notice you said the ‘good’ cops. It’s wrong for the ‘bad’ blacks to be killed unlawfully too, by eachother or by the cops. We have courts to met out justice. It’s a very dangerous time to be a police officer. I work with some. If my son were to tell me he wants to be a cop, I’d be tempted to be fearful for his safety. The thought that citizens would be any less than respectful to them let alone gun them down in the street is just nuts to me. I almost want to say something like Blue Lives Matter! but that’s met with hostility and pointless like I said above. The ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement is not successful; it will continue to incite arguments.

You missed the entire point of the article. As the article points out, All lives are not at risk right now. We ARE saying BLACK LIVES MATTER. Because, right now, black lives apparently are worth LESS on our streets. No disrespect to any other race or the good cops.
