12 To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. 13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. (1 Corinthians 7: 12-14)

I'm in the same situation with my husband, but this verse gives me hope. All you can do is pray and be a good christian. Everything else, including your spouse is in God's hands.

Wow this literally is my exact situation! My husband stopped going to church a year after we married he is an amazing man but no goes to church and no longer believes in God and doesnt understand how I do. We have been married 7 years now but we haven't had kids yet I want kids but I'm terrified to raise them in an unequal household. What do I do? Other than the obvious pray.
