My husband and I tried for 19 years to have a baby and a few years of that to adopt locally but nothing happened. We had set up a web page for birth moms to find us if they were going to place their child for adoption but nothing happened. At times we thought we would never have a baby in our home and were very discouraged seeing others having babies. It was hard to understand why. In one of my searches to see where our web page was in the search engine, I came across a website called precious.org that seemed to call out to me to open it..It was an urging that I questioned for a moment. When I opened it I saw a baby’s face on the home page that made me weep, there was an instant connection and I knew he was our baby. I called my husband and told him I believe our son is in Guatemala. A week and a half earlier we were encouraged by two people to call a certain international adoption agency and see if they could help us. They gave us a card with the manager’s name which was a unique name, but we replied we can’t do international it’s too expensive. They commented take the card and see what God can do. We took the card and put it away. Now seeing this little boy only 6 days old and put on the website that day we had to get more information. While at the adoption agency the manager’s name was mentioned and we wondered could it be the same agency. We found out from the couple that gave us the card that it was indeed the same place they told us about a week and a half ago. This boy became our son 15-1/2 years ago. God’s timing was our 19-year anniversary gift. God’s timing not ours.
