An Oakland-based company is offering 10 scholarships to African American women who are interested in learning more about technology at the annual Women 2.0 Conference on Feb. 14 in San Francisco. Women 2.0 is a media company offering content, community and conferences for aspiring and current women innovators in technology, according to its website.
