7 Things The Bible Says About Tough Times

4. Negative thoughts can turn in negative actions.

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you. (Proverbs 23:7)

The difference between a mountain and a molehill is your perspective. And in many cases, the only thing in life you have control over is your perspective.

No matter what happens, YOU control what the meaning is and most of the time, what the outcome will be.

Choose to react in a way that motivates happiness, love, or forgiveness, even when circumstances make that choice difficult.

5. Troubles don’t last always.

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. (Psalm 30:5)

Just because you’re not where you want to be today doesn’t mean you won’t be there someday.

If things in your life aren’t happening as planned right now, that’s okay.

Maybe it means it’s just  not the right time. Be Patient, Have Faith, and trust God’s will, whatever it may be.

My mom called me the woman made of steel. But, in reality, I am weak–it is Christ, the Christ that died on the cross and paid the penality for all my sins, mistakes, poor judgements, and mess ups, that made me strong, because in the midst of the toughest times, I know he hasn’t given up on me, and he is working it all out for the ultimate good. He is the “wind beneath my wings”. I am strong because of God and all that he has done in my life. Giving up is not in my dictionary. Never ever… Read more »
