It gives us hope that like Mordecai if we are faithful to God and leave things in His hands, He will deal with our enemies. They cannot prevail against us.
It gives us hope that like Hannah, when people write us off and ridicule and mock us, once we remain fervent in prayer, God steps in His own time and puts them to silence.
It gives us hope that like David when God’s favour is upon us, He protects us from any attack of the enemy and we will always be victorious.
It gives us hope that like Nehemiah, the task may be great, the workers few and the mockers many but anything done in God’s name and for God will succeed and prosper.
