(Matthew 7:7) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Ask. Believe. Receive. Can it really be that easy? I am here today to tell you, YES! I am a firm believer that our God wants us to have everything in this life that is good and we are here as His ambassadors! (2 Corinthians 5:20) What are you needing today? Do you need financial breakthrough or a repaired relationship? God is not just in the business of fixing our small problems, we can move mountains through Him. You can ask for something that seems impossible, stand on the belief that what you are asking for will happen.
(Mark 11:24) Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
My prayer for today:
“Father I am so confused about what to do after I finish college. I know the plans that I have and they seem like good ones…but they just don’t line up with the plans that You have placed on my heart. I don’t know how to make those plans happen God but I know you can make them happen for me. In Jesus name I ask that the plans for my future start to reveal themselves to me and start happening. I trust that Your plans for me are better than my own. Father I believe that they will soon revel themselves and I am ready to receive them. I am so thankful for your infinite love for me and all other people and your son Jesus Christ.”
Whatever it is that you need today, ask for it! Nothing that you could ever ask is too big for God! Don’t underestimate Him. You asked God in Jesus’ name for it, but to receive it, you gotta believe it!!
It may take a second, a day, a month or a year but I can assure you that if you ask for something and believe in it, you will receive it. God has His own timetable so just because you may not receive it instantaneously does not mean you will never receive it. Be patient and diligent and stay thankful that what you have asked for has already been given to you! You will receive it when it is time for you to have it. Stand on the promises He has made us and be joyful in the inheritance that we have been given through Jesus.
(John 14:14) “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”
His word is truth. No matter how bad things look, remember… we are so Greatly Blessed, Highly Favored, and Deeply Loved.
